ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit on any products, including but not limited to standard hats, custom orders, patches, or accessories.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Why All Sales Are Final:

  • Custom and personalized products cannot be resold to other customers
  • Hygiene and health regulations for apparel items worn on the head
  • Small business operational requirements and cost control
  • Made-to-order production process with custom patches

ONLY Exception - Manufacturing Defects:

We will only replace items that arrive with legitimate manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Replacement is subject to our sole discretion and verification of the defect.

Customer Responsibility:

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Check hat colors, patch selections, custom text, and shipping address. We are not responsible for customer errors in ordering.

Hatatuide Co. is a woman-owned business operating in the United States. We manufacture and sell custom trucker hats nationwide.

  • • We manufacture custom trucker hats only
  • • Base hat starts at $18, patches range from $5-15
  • • All hats are made in the USA with premium materials
  • • Available in 7 colors: Black, White, Navy, Pink, Mint, Cream, Yellow
  • • Patch themes: Western, Mama, Custom, Cute designs

3. Order Process

  • • All orders are custom-made upon purchase
  • • Production time: 2-3 weeks for custom orders
  • • Shipping: 5-7 business days nationwide
  • • Customer must provide accurate shipping information

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • • Must be 18+ to purchase or have parental consent
  • • Provide accurate contact and shipping information
  • • Review order details carefully before submitting
  • • Understand and accept our no-refund policy

  • • Base Hat: $18 (includes hat in chosen color)
  • • Text Patches: $5 each
  • • Western/Mama Theme Patches: $8 each
  • • Specialty Patches: $12 each
  • • Custom Design Patches: $15 each
  • • Shipping: $6.99 (FREE on orders $75+)

Payment Terms

  • • Payment required in full before production begins
  • • Accepted: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • • Custom orders may require 50% deposit with balance due before shipping
  • • Failed payments result in order cancellation
  • • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in account suspension

Important Shipping Terms

  • • Custom orders require 2-3 weeks production time BEFORE shipping

  • • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • • Delivery delays due to weather or carrier issues are beyond our control

Intellectual Property & Custom Orders

Our Rights

  • • All original designs and branding are owned by Hatatuide Co.
  • • "Hatatuide Co." name and logo are protected trademarks
  • • You may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission

Customer Responsibilities for Custom Orders

  • • You must own rights to any custom designs, text, or logos you submit
  • • We reserve the right to refuse copyrighted or trademarked designs
  • • You are liable for any intellectual property violations
  • • We may require proof of ownership for business logos or branded content
  • • Offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content will be refused

Limitation of Liability

LEGAL DISCLAIMER:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HATATUIDE CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

  • • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your specific order
  • • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events
  • • Products are sold "as is" with no warranty beyond manufacturing defects
  • • We are not liable for allergic reactions to materials used in our products
  • • Customer assumes all risks related to the use of our products

  • • Reporting to chargeback prevention services
  • • No future orders will be accepted
